Dr. Gregory A. Bowman has practiced general and cosmetic dentistry at 8010 West Sahara Avenue since 1993. In that time the practice has stayed deliberately small: one dentist, one hygienist's chair, and a front desk staffed by the same people for most of three decades.

• The staff have been there long enough to know people. Bonnie and Tammy are both named by patients in their reviews, which is not something that happens at an office with turnover.

The practice has never had a review below five stars.

Nervous patients
